Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available and can be applied for within 5 days of delivery through Return & Exchange Portal. Please ensure you select the correct size, fit, quality, and color before placing your order, as we do not accept returns at this time. If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to reach out at support@zlothingstore.in

Note: Reverse pickup is subjected to pin code service availability. In case it is not available, you can courier the parcel back to us and share an email for the same. Refund will not be available in this case.

Refunds  

Note: Refunds are only issued for damaged products received. If you receive a damaged product, we apologize and are here to help. Please take photos and a video of the product and email them to zlothingstore@gmail.com We will deliver a new product based on your preference.

We do not offer refunds for issues related to size, quality, or color, as all product details are clearly provided in the description. Please review all product information before ordering.

Empty Parcel Received  
All orders are weighed before dispatch, making it virtually impossible to receive an empty parcel. Any claims of an empty package will be investigated, and false claims will be rejected.

Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at zlothingstore@gmail.com
